MCM - What does the rollout look like?

MCM - What does the rollout look like?

This is a top-level guide to each step in the MCM conversion.

1. Fill out our MCM prep form.
This is very important. MCM approvals with Google can be a little finicky, with duplicates and errors causing unneeded delays in the approval process. By filling out the MCM prep form, we'll be able to guide you through the process of supplying us with the right details so we can avoid these approval delays. It is important that we send the MCM invitation (see step 2) to your GAM or AdSense admin user, as these permissions are necessary for Google MCM approval.

2. Fill out the MCM Invitation, Terms & Conditions.
We will send you an MCM invitation from Google Ad Manager (GAM) to fill out. This is very similar to the Google form you filled out when you went live with us and contains the same terms & conditions that Google require for being part of our network. If you do not have a Google Ad Manager account, you'll be taken through the GAM creation portal. This GAM account acts as your site's reference in our network. It won't be used for ad serving and won't have complete functionality. It is important that you fill out the required information to complete your GAM account application, as not doing so can cause delays in your MCM transition.

3. Update Fuse tags and Google Publisher Tag(s) (if applicable)
Once you've set up your GAM account and Google pushes it through to our child GAM management portal, we'll be able to switch your fuse tag integration to ''MCM mode'', from our end. You won't need to do anything in this case.
Some publishers have specific cases that require a GPT tag from Publift. We will require a very slight change to the tag's ad unit path. Explicit instructions will be sent out to publishers affected.

4. You've been migrated! Thanks for all your help!
