Why is the campaign not serving and showing blanks?
Campaigns are either not serving at all (other ads serving where the campaign is meant to serve or the ad unit collapse and nothing shows on the page) Or serving blanks (blank space with size corresponding to the creative appears where the campaign
Campaign Not Serving
Check whether there are creatives for all of the sizes in the 'Expected creatives', if not you will see the following error and the line item will not serve.

- Check your date range
- Check your 'Competitor Exclusion' setting

- Check your 'Display Creatives' setting
- *Avoid using 'All' in most cases.
- For example, if there are 4 creatives in the line item but 3 ad units on the page, the line item won't serve
- Check your frequency cap
- Check your targeting
- *Key-values are very sensitive, make sure the key-values are exactly what it should be and in the right case and no spaces
- After doing the above, click the 'Check Inventory' button
- If there are numbers in the 'Likely to Deliver' then you're all set
- If everything is 0, check your 'Contending Line Item'
- *If this shows nothing but you're confident all the settings are correct, check what's serving on the website with Ad Wizard or pull a direct campaign report using the same targeting
- View 'Breakdown by Targeting', find where the 0 is then re-adjust the targeting accordingly
Campaign Serving Blanks
*PAUSE THE CAMPAIGN IMMEDIATELY
- Do single-page testing after adjustments are made. Push live only after confirmed working as intended
- In most cases this will be caused by either your passback setting, your third-party creative, and coding error in your HTML5 package
- For passback issues, please refer to Passback Issue
- For third-party creative, make sure the protocol is "https://....." not "http://..."
- For HTML5 package, this should almost always be fixed by the advertiser/buyer
- Disable 'Safe Frame' for all cases
