What has happened to my dashboard data in the last two days?

Is the dashboard up to date?

Our reporting dashboard is not in real-time and may take up to 48 hours for most of your performance metrics to be up to date. Data are being updated to our reporting dashboard daily at around 3:30 PM AEST.

Refer to the following for a more detailed explanation of the different delay timeframes below:

Google Demand
Data from Google (Ad Exchange and Exchange Bidding) are updated with a delay of approximately 24 hours. (i.e. The data for today would be available tomorrow at 3:30 PM AEST.)

Header Bidding Demand
Most of our network partners are updated with a delay of approximately 48 hours. (i.e. The data for yesterday would be available tomorrow at 3:30 PM AEST.) If the network is Google or in the following list, their data will be ingested as part of the Header Bidding Demand group.

Remnant Header Bidding Demand
There are a few network partners that are updated every Tuesday at 3:30 PM AEST. This would include data from the previous week, from Monday to Sunday. (i.e. The data for the previous week would be available on Tuesday at 3:30 PM AEST this week.)
